Another hot and sunny day and Rita's parents wanted to go to Palma for the day. So, off we went. First stop was a tour of Palma Cathedral and then a stroll through Banys Arabs (the part of old town Palma that was built by the Moors in the 10th and 11th centuries) a break for coffee in one of the many plazas and then a walk down the wonderful tree lined promenade, Passeig des Born, looking at all the shops before heading back home and a delicious cobb salad dinner, courtesy of Rita, accompanied with some lovely Majorcan rose wine.
